Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlexClips's content production and distribution service ("Service"). By booking a call, starting a trial, or using our tools, you agree to them.
The service
FlexClips produces short-form clips from the raw content you provide (streams, VODs, podcasts, talks, or other long-form footage) and publishes them on a schedule to the social accounts you connect (currently YouTube, with TikTok and Instagram as they become available). We guarantee the deliverable — a set number of pieces produced and posted, on schedule — not any resulting view count, follower growth, or virality. No one, including us, controls platform recommendation algorithms.
Free trial and billing
New clients get a 14-day free trial with no contract. If you continue past the trial, billing terms are agreed on a per-client basis and processed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; there is no long-term lock-in.
Account access
To post on your behalf, you'll grant FlexClips access to specific social accounts via each platform's own authorization flow (OAuth). You control this access and can revoke it at any time directly from your account settings on that platform. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to the raw content you provide us to produce clips from.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of your raw content and the clips produced from it. We claim no ownership over your material — our role is production and distribution, not licensing.
Acceptable use
You won't direct us to post content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the terms of service of the destination platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). We reserve the right to decline to post content that would put your account, or the platform relationship we rely on to serve all our clients, at risk.
Termination
Either party can end the engagement at any time. On termination, we stop posting, revoke our own copies of any access tokens, and wind down scheduled posts already in the pipeline unless you ask us to cancel them immediately.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, FlexClips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost followers, arising from use of the Service or from actions taken by third-party platforms (including account suspension, content removal, or policy changes) that are outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page if these terms change and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update.
